Open Concept Return Policy

At Open Concept, we take great care in curating our products and hope you adore everything you order. However, as a growing small business, we currently offer exchanges or store credits instead of refunds.

Exchange & Store Credit Policy:

Exchange Window: Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be: In original condition:

unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Free of any damage or alterations caused after delivery.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance.

How to Start an Exchange:

2. Our team will guide you through the process to make it as smooth as possible.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipment.
